We Want to Hear from You
Though Moffitt staff members dedicate themselves to providing the best care possible, there may be times when you feel we have not met your expectations. Your comments and concerns will help us identify those areas where improvement in services is needed. We also welcome any compliments or suggestions you may have. A Patient Relations Representative is here to answer your questions and respond to your concerns and complaints. To give us some feedback, click here.
The Patient Relations Representative will:
- Serve as an advocate for patients to ensure that the best possible health care is provided.
- Answer questions regarding patients' rights and responsibilities.
- Interpret the institution's philosophy, policies, procedures and services to patients, their families and visitors.
- Help to expedite services on behalf of patients.
- Provide a place where a patient, family member or visitor can offer a compliment or discuss a problem.
The Patient Relations Department is located on the first floor just off the main lobby. Services are provided from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. You can reach Alissa Lewandowski, Patient Relations Manager, at 813-745-3808. Appointments are not necessary, but they are encouraged. During non-working hours, please call the Cancer Center and ask to speak with the Administrative Coordinator.
